Whenever you want us to deal with your phone calls, simply enter the unique divert code we have given you into your phone. This will enable the divert from your phone line to us.
Relax
All your incoming calls will then be answered and handled by one of our virtual assistants, in accordance to the answering script you will have provided when signing up to the service.
We notify you
The call will be logged onto our system and you will be sent an email or SMS (depending on your preferences) with the caller's contact details and message.
Note: We will dedicate a team of 4 PAs to you who will be handling your calls

Our message-taking service is available either on pay as you go, or on a monthly plan. If you choose to opt for a monthly plan, our contract terms are for a minimum period of three months after which we switch to one month rolling.
