Whether you decide to take the standard package or the VoIP, it works the same as follows:

We Answer Your Calls
All your incoming phone calls will be answered by your dedicated small team of receptionists, just as if they were sitting inside your office. We will answer based on the script agreed with yourself.
We Will Transfer You The Call
Your phone calls will then be forwarded to the relevant person or department, either announced (with notification) or unannounced (in which case the caller will be directly put through). At this point you can talk freely with your caller, them thinking we were part of your company.
What If You Are Unavailable?
Announced: if we're announcing the call but you never pick up, we will simply take back the caller and send you a message with the relevant information via EMAIL or SMS.
Unannounced: Should you opt for unannounced calls, we strongly recommend that you enable voicemail on your phone, in the event that you're unavailable (we are able to provide you with a voicemail service if necessary).

Questions?
Our customers include companies of all sizes from a wide range of different industries, including accountancy firms, design agencies, estate agencies and law firms, to name a few.
Absolutely not. Our virtual receptionists will answer and handle the call just as if they were part of your organisation. Your clients will never know the difference.
FrontDesk is only available as a monthly contract. Contract terms are for a minimum period of 3 months and then 1 month rolling.
This depends on your mobile services provider (e.g. O2, Vodafone...), but some can charge up to 20p a minute. We recommend you check with your provider what the charges are.
Yes of course. Give us a call and we'll discuss your requirements.
Give us a call, or fill in the contact form below and we'll call you back.
Announced calls are calls where we will notify you of a pending call transfer, whilst unannounced will be transferred to you without any notification. Our FrontDesk service lets you choose between these two options. Please note that if you opt for unannounced calls, we highly recommend setting up a voicemail on your phone in the event you are unavailable to take the call.
