Announced calls are calls where we will notify you of a pending call transfer, whilst unannounced will be transferred to you without any notification. Our FrontDesk service lets you choose between these two options. Please note that if you opt for unannounced calls, we highly recommend setting up a voicemail on your phone in the event you are unavailable to take the call.
This depends on your mobile services provider (e.g. O2, Vodafone...), but some can charge up to 20p a minute. We recommend you check with your provider what the charges are.
Absolutely. This is how we differentiate between accounts so that we can handle your phone calls according to the instructions you will have provided.

The Telephone Preference Service (TPS) is a completely free, centralised "opt-out" register provided by the Direct Marketing Institute which allows you to choose not to receive unsolicited sales or marketing calls. It is a legal requirement that all organisations (including charities, voluntary organisations and political parties) do not make such calls to numbers registered on the TPS unless they have your consent to do so.
