Yes of course; we offer a completely free 7 day trial to all customers opting for our message-taking service (we won't even ask for your card details!). If after this period, you are not satisfied with the service, you are free to cancel.

Absolutely not. Our virtual receptionists will answer and handle the call just as if they were part of your organisation. Your clients will never know the difference.

Depending on the service you have chosen, set-up time can be anything from an hour to a day after you have communicated your requirements and payment details to us.

Announced calls are calls where we will notify you of a pending call transfer, whilst unannounced will be transferred to you without any notification. Our FrontDesk service lets you choose between these two options. Please note that if you opt for unannounced calls, we highly recommend setting up a voicemail on your phone in the event you are unavailable to take the call.

This depends on your mobile services provider (e.g. O2, Vodafone...), but some can charge up to 20p a minute. We recommend you check with your provider what the charges are.

Once a number has been registered it will become effective in 28 days.
